Week 11 picks

Week 11 is a pivotal turning point in the NFL Season. Teams such as the Dolphins are trying to get a playoff spot while others like Buffalo and Indy are holding tight to first place in their respected divisions. With that being said, let’s jump into the picks!

Fins -4 (-110) vs. DEN: The Fins Have played better on defense in the past five weeks have forced ten turnovers! For all you mathematicians out there, that’s 2 per game. The Broncos let up one per game and have the second-worst turnover differential with -12, where Miami is 4th with +5. The turnovers will be a large part of the game, with Miami’s always coming in crucial minutes.

In Tua’s 4th NFL start playing, this Broncos defense couldn’t have come at a better time. In addition to not having good turnover margins, the Broncos defense has struggled this year. Their defense has let up on average over 230 yards passing, about 130 yards on the ground, and an astonishing 28.8 pp/g. It could be wishful thinking as a Miami fan, but I’m starting Tua in my Fantasy league. To conclude this pick, the Fins are playing great and watching any Bills fans because Brian Flores is coming for the AFC East.

Jets (+9.5) vs. LAC: This Jets will not win but cover this spread. One specific stat is huge in making this pick; the Chargers have won and lost all games by one possession—teams including New Orleans, Cheifs, Bucs, and many others where they kept it a close match. There are a few guilty parties for their inability to close games and let teams come back and win, but the important thing is that it happens to them (a lot). They have blown leads like 17 points on the Bucs, 11 on the Chiefs, 21 on the Broncos, and a few more. The Jets can and will make it a game if there’s any hope of getting that elusive first victory; week 11 is the time.

Chargers 1st half spread (-5.5) (-124) The Jets will cover the spread but not in the first half. The Chargers as much of a first-half team as any. They score in the first half and almost forget the game plan during halftime. They fall apart in the second half, and that’s when teams capitalize. Going onto the second half, the Chargers were losing only three times and winning 6.

I have the Dolphins being a great game and most every matchup this week so watch some football! As always, ROLL FINS and go check out b3tsports on Instagram!
